INTRODUCTION

All kinds of pressure vessels in terms of their design and manufacture are in compliance with the Korea High Pressure Gas Safety and Management Act and the latest regulations of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. For the manufacture of a wide range of pressure vessels for various industrial fields including refrigeration plants and chemical plants, we satisfy diversifying customers' needs based on the latest laws and regulations as well as safety.

In most industrial refrigeration systems, individual pressure vessels often require custom design features. We design and manufacture pressure vessels to meet your specific requirements.

From the smallest pressure vessels to the largest packages, DEC is committed to providing superior technical support and the highest quality products with on-time delivery to meet your schedule. We have the experience to manufaxture your large pressure vessels. DEC produces vessels as large as 3000 mm diameter by 11000 mm long with 2.0 MPa design working pressure.

DEC also offers vessels completely factory trimmed with liquid level gauges and all specified refrigeration valves such as stop valve, check valve, expanstion valve, safety valve etc.

High-speed submerged arc welders with 1000 amp power supplier and weld head controllers are used for fill passes on vessel seams and head to ensure consistent, high-quality welds.

Hydrostesting is performed using water or refrigeration oil at 1.3 times the design working pressure of the vessel. Vessels are completely drained and dried prior to delivery. An optional nitrogen charge before shipment with pressure gauge is available.
