INTRODUCTION

A manual expansion valve is a device that controls the quantity of high temperature and high pressure refrigerant sent from the refrigeration and air conditioning system to the evaporator, which uses an ammonia refrigerant through handle operation. Since it is butt welded, it perfectly prevents the risks of refrigerant leakage compared to the flange or screw connection type.

EXPANSION VALVE FORGED TYPE (10A~32A)

• Controls the flow of fluid sent to the evaporator
• Valve housing made of forged steel
• Design Temperature: -80℃~+150℃
• Maximum Operating Pressure: 3MPa
• Design Pressure: 3MPa
• Test Pressures: 4.5MPa
• Suitable for ammonia, Freon, and new refrigerant
• Directly welded to the piping

EXPANSION VALVE STEEL PIPE TYPE (40A~80A)

• Controls the flow of fluid sent to the evaporator
• Valve housing made of forged steel
• Design Temperature: -80℃~+150℃
• Maximum Operating Pressure: 3MPa
• Design Pressure: 3MPa
• Test Pressures: 4.5MPa
•Hand Wheel: Ultra-light aluminum alloy
• Suitable for ammonia, Freon, and new refrigerant
• Directly welded to the piping
