INTRODUCTION

Dongyang's contact type freezer is a large capacity quick freezing device ideal for fishery, livestock, and agricultural products as well as instant processed foods. The contact freezer is provided as an individual unit depending on the intended use. The contact freezer provides 5 to 15 layers of refrigeration plates to ensure faster and more efficient freezing prior to the processing or packaging of foods. The refrigeration plate is operated by a vertical convey system, made of aluminum alloy and firmly fixed to a stainless steel structure. The refrigeration plate is easy to clean and extremely hygienic, which is highly efficient and perfectly suited for food freezing processes.
