CONDENSING COIL

The ST series condensing coil exerts its maximum heat exchanging performance as it is designed to ensure that the air flow and coolant from the coolant spray system can be spread evenly across the coil. The condensing coil is subjected to 2 rounds of pressure tests after a hot dip galvanizing treatment. Each part of the coil is supported by frames such as angles and channels, and all the parts of the coil is hot dip galvanized to ensure strong durability. The ST series high efficiency condensing coil is hot dip galvanized after assembling special custom-made carbon steel pipes for pressure service, which ensures outstanding corrosion resistance and high efficiency thermal conductivity. This product is certified through strict quality and performance tests performed by the refrigeration and air conditioning team at the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology and Korean Agency for Technology and Standards).

FAN SECTION & FAN MOTOR

The ST series products use an aluminum axial fan firmly attached to the totally enclosed high-efficiency motor in the hot dip galvanized fan housing.
The axial fan is special custom made with aluminum alloy, combined with a direct drive-type totally enclosed motor, and installed at the top of the evaporative condenser to improve the condensing performance by inducing sufficient air flow throughout the coil.

SPRAY ASSEMBLY-WATER DISTRIBUTION

A corrosion resistant PVC coolant pipe is installed at the top of the condensing coil, and is designed to ensure even spray across the coil. The coolant spraying nozzle is made of ABS materials, which ensures no blockage even after a long period of operation as well as easy maintenance.

ELIMINATORS

The ST series eliminator effectively removes the scattering of fine coolant in the air generated during the operation, minimizing the quantity of scattered coolant.
This product is made of PVC materials featuring outstanding corrosion resistance depending on the operation and environmental conditions. The light PVC eliminator minimizes the scattering of coolant generated from the coolant spray system to 0.001%, which reduces operating costs. In addition, its lightweight structure facilitates maintenance activities, and it is designed to ensure easy access to the coolant system.

ELIMINATORS

WATER PAN SECTION

The coolant storage and distribution tank is made of galvanized steel plates, and all structures are hot dip galvanized to provide outstanding corrosion resistance. This tank product can be made of stainless steel when requested by the customer. It is designed to provide sufficient air inflow in four directions, and features a honeycomb structured PVC eliminator that effectively prevents the scattering of coolants and inflow of external contaminants.
The honeycomb structured eliminator is easily separated to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance activities in the water tank, and features brass float valves and stainless steel strainers at easily accessible locations to improve user convenience.

WATER PUMP SYSTEM

The in-line coolant pump is a high performance pump with a mechanical seal structure, and is optimized for the ST series. It is installed in a perpendicular direction to the side of an evaporative condenser and connected to SCH40 pipes and PVC pipes. It controls the water quantity using a butterfly shaped valve.
The pump protective cover protects the motor from external impact, foreign substances, rain, and wind, and is manufactured so that its structure is easy to open to facilitate maintenance.
