INTRODUCTION

Dongyang's block ice machine is widely used in various fields that require rapid and outstanding freezing performance at low operating costs such as the freezing of products that easily go bad during the transportation of fishery and agricultural products, processing processes for poultry products, and ice sculptures.
Block ice is produced by freezing an ice can filled with water in the brine tank. The ice can in which ice is generated is brought to the thaw tank to separate the ice from the ice can. The ice can is then filled with fresh water and transferred to the brine tank, and this process is continuously repeated. The standard weight of ice produced from a block ice machine is 135kg, and the generated ice is smashed by the icebreaker, depending on the intended use.
