INTRODUCTION

A stop valve for refrigerant is widely used for various inlet and outlet pipes of condensers, pressure vessels, and evaporators and is installed in a wide range of high pressure gas using plants to control the flow of refrigerant. As the stop valve is basically manufactured in a shape that is directly welded to the piping, it perfectly prevents the risks of refrigerant leakage that is frequently observed in a flange or screw type stop valve that is connected to the piping. The vertical stem of a stop valve for refrigerant is made of stainless steel to remove the risks of refrigerant leakage caused by rust due to long term use.

All materials of the valve satisfy the KS B 6030 requirements, and the quality of the valve has been improved by the use of materials with equivalent or higher quality. The product of 10A to 32A are made by means of high quality forge welding, which provides an outstanding durability, and the product of 40A to 350A is made of carbon steel pipes for pressure service, which facilitates the connection with the refrigerant piping in the field and easy operation. Ultra-light aluminum hand wheel is durable and easy to operate, and various packing perfectly prevents refrigerant leakage.
