Characteristics of RRP Series

  • - This product is a portable model for refrigerant recovery and recharging. It is easy to move and carry, and is applied to most of refrigerants including CFC, HCFC, and HFC.
  • - High efficiency product which can refine various refrigerants using a single RRP model
  • - Equipped with a two-piston reciprocating type oil-less compressor
  • - Recovers liquid refrigerant and gaseous refrigerant simultaneously
  • - Classified as a V model or S model, depending on the existence of a storage container (50lb) and a weighing load cell
  • - Optimized for small sized waste recycling centers
    (Applications: waste refrigerators, waste vehicles, waste water purifiers, waste air conditioners, multi air conditioning systems)

RRP-G MODELS

RRP-G Series

  • - Portable model for refrigerant recovery and recharging which facilitates the relocation of the device and is classified as a low pressure refrigerant recovery RRP-GL or a mid-to-high pressure refrigerant recovery RRP-G model
  • - Best suited for a place in which large volume equipment can't be fitted or operations requiring rapid mobility
  • - Recovers, recharges, or refines refrigerant through the connection to the Ref-Tank
  • - Optimized for the maintenance of mid-to-large refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning systems
  • - Strong and rigid frame structure (steel frames as a basic feature, stainless frames as an option)

Major components of the equipment

  • - Valve & Hose: Valve and high pressure hose for refrigerant recovery and transfer
  • - Filter & Strainer: Replaceable catch-all core type filter and cleanable dedicated strainer
  • - Heater High efficiency dedicated oil separator and oil heater for CFC-11 and HCFD-123
  • - Compressor: Semi-hermetic compressor or oil-less compressor
  • - Condenser: Air-cooled condenser, water-cooled condenser (optional)
  • - Control Device: Digital pressure switch control, On/Off switch, power plug, PLC control and touch screen operation (optional)
  • - Satisfies: Automatic stop in a high pressure and/or vacuum pressure condition, safety valve

RRP-5G

RRP-2G / 3G / 5G

  • • Recovers refrigerant from a refrigeration system or equipment using the RRP-G Series
  • • Recovers or recharges refrigerant by connecting the refrigeration system (equipment) to the RRP-G series by using the dedicated high pressure hose provided
  • • Recovers, recharges, or refines refrigerant through the connection to the Ref-Tank
  • • Recovers and refines liquid refrigerant simultaneously (RRP-5G model)
  • • High efficiency product with a recovery rate of 99.9%
